okay, so there’s a problem. Kids now a days don’t even know what dating is; they just walk up to someone and say “you want to go out?” by which they mean “want to be my bf/gf?” the “go out” means as in a date, to get to know each other better. then after a few dates you start dating. the past tense of dating is date. you go on a date before you getting into that type of relationship…..
